Spend the day cruising beautiful Lake Windermere on one of our Surf Boats or Pontoon Boats.

To reserve a surf boat or pontoon boat, please do the following:

3. Click on the "Book Now" tab of the boat of your choice

PAYMENT
A $500 deposit must be made at time of booking to reserve your boat. Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit of $2000 required on Visa or Mastercard. Prices do not include fuel or taxes. A surfboard, ropes and life jackets are included.
CONDITIONS
Renter must be 25 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license and valid credit card.
A signed waiver will be required at time of rental.
You must be 25 years old to rent a boat and hold a valid drivers license. A boaters license is required for surf boat rentals but not required for pontoon boat rentals.
Drinking alcohol or using drugs is prohibited when operating watercraft.
Driving under the influence laws apply the same to boats as they do to cars in British Columbia. Lake Windermere is patrolled by the RCMP.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the boat at any time. Damage deposit will be forfeited if you are found to be in breach of this condition.
Docking boat (including at fuel dock) or tying up to other boats on the water is not permitted at any time. Damage deposit will be forfeited if you are found to be in breach of this policy.
The Boat will be fully fueled upon pick up. If you require more fuel, a Total Care representative will meet you on the water and Captain the boat into the fuel dock for you.
Your credit card will be charged for fuel once you return the boat and after refuelling. Fuel will be charged at the current rate charged at Shadybrook Marina.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a deposit has been made, cancellations can only be made due to extreme weather. Cancellation due to overcast or slightly unfavorable weather conditions are not permitted. A full refund (less credit card company charges) will be made if weather conditions at the time of booking do not allow for safe boating conditions.
We will do our best to reschedule ASAP if bad weather forces a cancellation.
START/END TIMES
To ensure that you have the best day on the water possible, our staff will spend some time with you to go over the operation of the watercraft. Your booking time will start once this orientation is complete. Please be sure to bring the boat back in on time to avoid late fees.
Garbage bags will be provided, please ensure that all garbage, cans, etc. are placed in bag when you return boat. Boat is required to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up in, a cleaning fee will be applied if this is not the case.
